The Merlot has been tested and currently registers 11.6 Baumé. We anticipate harvesting the Merlot in the next 2-3 weeks.

 The Chardonnay must currently registers at 12.1 Baumé. It is anticipated that the Chardonnay will be harvested in 1 week.

Domaine Sainte Rose starts checking the sugar levels of its Chardonnay using a refractometer. The Chardonnay must currently registers at 10.9 Baumé. It is anticipated that the Chardonnay will be harvested in 2-3weeks.
