- September 21st, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose harvest the 2005 Syrah.

- September 5th, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose harvest the 2005 Roussanne.

- September 4th, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose harvests the 2005 Merlot.

- August 25th, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose has been invited to display wines at the November 26th-27th Decanter Fine Wine Encounter "100 of the World's best wine producers under one roof!".

- August 20th, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose harvests the 2005 Chardonnay.

- August 1st, 2005 - Domaine Sainte Rose in conjunction with James Nicholson Wine Merchant in N. Ireland creates a special blend for the R.S.P.B.(Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) and Bird Watch Ireland.  The artwork for this endangered bird (the Yellowhammer) was created by wildlife artist Julian Friers.  The wine promotion will support the conservation work of the R.S.P.B. and B.W.I. throughout Ireland.  20pence/30 cents per bottle sold will be donated to these charities.  The wine called The Yellowhammer can be purchased directly from James Nicholson.

- July 1st, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose finishes renovating the back of the Chateau.

- June 1st, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose wines are listed by the exclusive cruise liner, The World.  Tutored tasting onboard The World to be conducted on 14th June 2005.

- March 16th, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose begins the new plantation project with Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat.

- February 4th, 2005- Domaine Sainte Rose is pleased to announce two opportunities to sample some fantastic cuisine prepared specifically by renowned French Chefs to accompany Domaine Sainte Rose wine.  Bon appetit!

  • 19th March, Le Gavroche:  Michel Roux, the famous chef of Michelin-starred Le Gavroche, and the manager Silvano Giraldin will devise a menu to accompany a selection of Domaine Sainte Rose wines.  All will be available at a very special price of £100.00 per person.  This price includes seven courses of the most delightful food and all wines, water, coffee, service and VAT!  It will also be a chance for us to meet you.   • 22nd March, La Garrigue: Owner Jean-Michel Gauffre (ex-Executive Chef of the Edinburgh Sheraton) will be creating superb, authentic southern French dishes to compliment the wines of Domaine Sainte Rose.  This is a very special 'local' connection as Jean-Michel's home town of Bedarieux is situated only half an hour away from Domaine Sainte Rose.  Please book directly with the Restaurant.  We look forward to seeing you in Edinburgh.
