February 2006

• 20-22 of February: Domaine Sainte Rose will be showing its wines at the February 20-22, 2006 Vinisud Exhibition in Montpellier, France.  Stand Number: 1A21
• 14th February: Ulster Reform Club Valentines wine dinner, Belfast, N. Ireland
• 15th February: Tasting for the Cork Wine Society, Cork Ireland.

-November 2005

• 1st November: Domaine Sainte Rose will be presenting a tutored tasting to the Scottish Institute of Wine and Spirits at the Royal Scots Club in Edinburgh.
• 26th-27th November: Domaine Sainte Rose has been invited to show its wines at the 2005 Decanter Fine Wine Encounter "100 of the World's best wine producers under one roof!".
• 30th November: Tasting in Bury St. Edmonds with Grape Sense at the Grange Hotel, Nr. Bury St Edmunds - www.thegrangehotel.uk.com.  Please register your interest with Neil Courtier at GrapeSense@aol.com. 

- March 2005

• 19th March: We are pleased to announce that Le Gavroche, the renowned London Michelin starred restaurant, will be featuring Le Pinacle Chardonnay and Le Pinacle Syrah on the wine list. This is excellent news for the Domaine and to celebrate we are arranging a special lunch at Le Gavroche on March 19th. We will provide a selection of our wines and Michel Roux, the famous chef of Le Gavroche, and the manager Silvano Giraldin will devise a menu to accompany these wines. All will be available at a very special price of £100.00 per person. This price includes seven courses of the most delightful food and all wines, water, coffee, service and VAT! This will be an excellent opportunity to taste a number of our wines with a menu designed to accompany them at a remarkable fixed price for a Michelin three star restaurant (the first in Britain to receive this status in 1982). • 22nd March: We are pleased to announce that La Garrigue, the much acclaimed Southern French Restaurant in Edinburgh will also be hosting an evening featuring Domaine Sainte Rose wines.  The owner of La Garrigue, ex-Executive Chef of the Edinburgh Sheraton, Jean-Michel Gauffre will be creating superb, authentic southern French dishes to compliment the wines of Domaine Sainte Rose.  Jean-Michel's home town of Bedarieux is situated half an hour's drive from the Domaine so this is a very special 'local' connection.  Please book directly with the Restaurant.  We look forward to seeing you in Edinburgh.
