Green Harvest

As necessary Domaine Sainte Rose conducts a green harvest usually in the month of July.  The purpose of the green harvest is to reduce the number of grape bunches, which in turn channels the vines nutrients and energy towards the remaining bunches increasing their concentration and flavour.  The green harvest at Domaine Sainte Rose is a true reflection of our commitment to quality and not volume.
