The vent du nord is the north wind, which brings dry weather and clear skies to the vineyards of Domaine Sainte Rose. This wine is a unique blend of Roussanne and Chardonnay grapes, which are the two white varieties grown on the Domaine. These white varieties are heavily influenced by the north wind and were carefully picked at night once they had reached optimum ripeness. We suggest drinking this wine as an aperitif or with seafood or poultry with a cream sauce.
