Marc de Fays is the Farm Manager or ‘Regisseur’.  He began working at Domaine Sainte Rose in January 2003 and his meticulous disposition and dedicated work ethic had an immediate impact on the general upkeep of the vineyards.  Marc’s responsibilities are to plan and carry out all the general vine farming and tractor work on the Domaine, to manage the temporary teams brought in for the pruning and hand-harvesting and to help in the winery as necessary.  He takes a keen interest in every aspect of the production process from the vine to the bottle.
