The Redesign Project

The following updates and re-design work was carried out at the Domaine before the 2002 Harvest.

1. Grape receival area:  Reconcreting the receival pit and installation of a pneumatic press, destemmer and crusher. 

2. Vinification and Storage: Lining of concrete tanks with epoxy resin and installation of 15 stainless steel vinification and storage tanks.

3. Temperature Control: Installation of state-of-the-art heating and cooling system.

4. Electricity:  All new wiring and circuitry for the whole winery.

5. General Equipment: New pumps, pipe work, stainless steel doors and taps for epoxy lined vats, barrels and updating of laboratory area.

6. General: Complete cleaning and repainting
